Performa Plus Chip Tuning Product Guarantee is as follows: Performa Plus insists if you are not satisfied with your PowerBox or the achieved power increase for any reason, we will be happy to give your vehicle a free fine-tuning.

Please feel free to contact us after the installation – we want you to be completely satisfied with the product and service as we have tested each and every unit in our factory and we know what results you should be expecting.

If for any reason the product is deemed faulty, simply return the product within 15 days and Performa Plus will replace the unit free of charge providing the unit is returned in original packaging and is not damaged.

If the customer fits the product incorrectly and vehicle and part are damaged, Performa Plus will not be held responsible.

Performa Plus always recommends that the Power Box and Pedal Box be fitted by a qualified mechanic, auto electrician or trained installer.
